Responsibilities:
- Safely transport laundry to and from customer locations in a timely manner.
- Provide excellent customer service and address any client inquiries or concerns.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle.
- Verify and document laundry pick-up and delivery details accurately.
- Assist in loading and unloading laundry bags and equipment.
- Adhere to all traffic and safety regulations while driving.
- Communicate effectively with the team to ensure smooth operations.
- Report any vehicle maintenance issues promptly.
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Previous experience in delivery driving or valet services preferred.
- Strong customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to lift heavy items and handle physical tasks.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with East Orange, NJ, and surrounding areas is a plus.
- Must be reliable and punctual for scheduled shifts.
- Basic knowledge of laundry services is a bonus.
